...I hope it's even better than the last one.We're going to see a couple of films playing at the Philadelphia Film Festival this weekend! Moon tonight (directed by David Bowie's son and starring all around awesome Sam Rockwell) and The Brothers Bloom on Tuesday (I'm a huge fan of Brick, so I have high hopes). As you can tell, I'm very excited about both.

Also, after only two posts, I decided to kill the mini movie review posts. I realized that as much as I like watching movies, I kind of hate reviewing them. And when I re-read the mini reviews, I just came across like a pompous know-it-all. And I definitely don't know it all. Plus, as the movies began piling up, I realized that I don't really want to know how many I watch in a year - that number will just make me wish I'd spent the time doing something more productive, which I probably should be. The only film we've watched in the meantime that's even worth mentioning is Milk. I cried at least twice while watching it and would highly recommend it. Besides The Apartment, it's probably my favorite movie experience this year. So, R.I.P mini-movie reviews.
