I'm a born collector. Sometimes of things and other times of experiences. So, I figure that I'll use this week to show you all some of my collections
Collection #1: Carousel Rides
This is a fairly new collection, but every time that I'm around a carousel, I have to ride it. I've ridden carousels in NYC and throughout California, but haven't ridden a single one in Philadelphia, yet. I've heard there's a good one in Franklin Square, though, so I'll have to check it out. Usually I make the poor souls around me go for a spin, too.
Do you still ride carousels or do you think you're too old for that sort of thing? I think I'll be 90 and still not think I'm too old for them. P.s. One of the items in tomorrow's collection shows up in one of these photos. Can you guess what it is?

Yes! I'm the same way -- I can't pass a merry-go-round without trying it out. Have you been to Carousel Mall in Syracuse, NY? They have an excellent carousel in the food court, and it's only $1!
ReplyDeletei haven't, but now i have a feeling i'm going to have to seek that one out! i'm glad to know i'm not the only adult that can't pass up a merry-go-round ride!
