I've now followed your sketch book pages on Book By It's Cover to your blog here! I LOVE your work. Your drawing style is unlabored and freeing. It makes me want to get back into sketching more.
ReplyDeleteKeep up the wonderful work! You are exactly ten years younger than me and I remember (it's so hard in old age:) that time well. It is such a great time creatively and I too got married around that time (well 30) and it's certainly a whole new world, enjoy it.
Take care,
Beth
Thanks, Beth! I hope you can get back to sketching more - it's such a stress reliever for me. And thanks for the life advice. Sometimes I really appreciate being this age (it is kind of a magical time period. Jesse and I always talk about how our lives could go in so many different directions right now) and other times I just feel so scatterbrained.
