In my tagged post last week, I mentioned that I was about to start reading The Time Traveler's Wife. Well, I ended up starting it on Friday....and finishing it around 1 AM that night. It completely immersed me. I'd highly recommend it if you're looking for a new book to read. Just don't read it on an evening when your partner is out of town like I did - it hits a little too close to the plot. I was already exhausted and missing Jesse terribly, but after finishing the story, I ended up as one big puddle of tears in my bed. Luckily, Jesse is not a time traveler and returned promptly at the time he said he would the next afternoon.

ReplyDeleteOh my goodness I loved this book too. They're supposed to making a movie out of this book with Eric Bana I think. I don't know if I'd want to watch it or not just because I loved the book so much.
ReplyDeletei heard that, too. And I think Rachel McAdams is supposed to play the Clare role. I'm not sure how I feel about it either. I'll probably see it when it comes out 'cause I watch way too many movies, but I just hope they don't dumb it down too much.
