I'd been bouncing around one of the discarded ideas from Amber's logo creation process for over a month now, trying to figure out different ways to use it. I liked the image because it was simple, slightly elegant and more than a little bit strange. I'd been thinking about turning it into a screen print, or possibly a t-shirt or small sticker/pin design, but finally decided, after a few tiny changes, just to use it as my own logo.
Who knows, I may still use the original drawings for other purposes, but in the meantime, you'll probably see this new image work its way into my website re-design, blog re-design and new business and post cards in various colorways soon.
