If this house looks familiar at all it's because it already showed up once on this blog. Or at least a slightly different, earlier version, that I created as a gift for a friend, did. As the date of the Philly show approached, I really wanted this house to be a part of the series...hence, version #2, which I like to think of as The Swan House in Spring.
