The Mitchell Library in Australia turned 100 and to celebrate, it launched a celebration of fantastic graphics on its website. My favorite is its collaboration with design agency Frost* to visualize their own alphabet. Each letter and number is gorgeous on its own, but just click a little further and you'll open up a treasure chest of intriguing archival images and information. I could really spend hours and hours on this site and still not lose interest. I highly recommend you check it out.
Thank you to intrepid Australian librarian, Ingrid, for the heads up about this site. On a side note, this little blog of mine is completely worth every second I spend on it for the sole fact that it's connected me with people across the globe who I otherwise never would have known.

This is my collection of my inspirations. If you also like art, music, films, photography, design, typography, illustration, and anything and everything vintage, stay awhile and let's chat!
