I'm not sure how I first got introduced to A Catcher in the Rye, or exactly what age I was at the time, probably around thirteen or so, but I distinctly remember the feeling I got once I reached the last page. It marked the only occasion when I've ever immediately flipped a book back over and started it again from page one. I've read Franny & Zooey and Nine Stories since then, but I always return back to Salinger's most well-known novel. Thanks for introducing a teenage anti-hero as interesting as Holden Caulfield into the world.
